San Antonio Municipal Golf Course Bird Counts, Summer 2026

APPROVED FOR MN VOLUNTEER HOURS
By request from the Agronomist in charge of all the San Antonio Municipal Golf Courses, Bexar Audubon South Central Texas will once again be conducting bird counts at least once at each course while they are closed for maintenance. Each bird count will start at 7:30 AM on the dates and at the locations listed below.
Please Note: The counts this year are occurring on different days of the week, so be sure you can volunteer on the assigned day/dates.
Please wear closed-toed shoes and a hat; shorts are OK.
Please bring binoculars, water, and sun/insect protection.
